Occupational Health Coordinator II

Occupational Health Coordinator II at Abbott in Kansas City, MO. Responsible for coordinating and completing appointment requests, managing communications with clients and clinics, following up on events based on reports or emails, scheduling and completing services with clinics, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails, tracking source documents, ensuring accurate documentation and action codes, resolving inconsistencies, requesting required documentation from vendors/clinics/clients, developing relationships with clinics to obtain results, and analyzing data to share clinic performance with leadership. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 PM. Prioritize client inquiries, data entry after actions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive outcomes. Requires high school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service experience; a four-year degree is preferred; call center experience is strongly preferred; general knowledge of occupational health services is beneficial.
