Job Summary
Senior Site EHS Specialist to provide daily health and safety support for maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities at Boeing Global Services MRO, serving as the primary EHS interface to Operations. Responsibilities include planning and conducting health and safety audits to ensure OSHA/compliance, supporting production operations by identifying and mitigating risk, developing training and maintaining records, preparing reports and presentations for Operations leadership, participating in incident investigations and corrective action tracking, and evaluating regulatory developments. Requires collaboration with EHS personnel across the site, cross-functional teamwork, and limited travel (10%). This role is 100% onsite at the San Antonio facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
- 5+ years of EHS experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience conducting health and safety audits and incident investigations
- Project management and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time
