Job Summary
Develop, implement, and evaluate workplace safety programs across UPS Store locations, Print Centers, and Warehouses in compliance with OSHA standards; lead safety policy development, training, inspections, risk assessments, and CAPA actions to maintain a strong safety culture; ensure regulatory reporting and incident investigations are completed with actionable improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation experience in a safety management role
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards and federal safety legislation
- Proven ability to draft and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
