Job Summary
Manage occupational health casework, including sickness absence, rehabilitation, and return-to-work support. Deliver health surveillance, health screening, and fitness-for-work assessments while providing expert advice to managers, HR, and employees. Support wellbeing initiatives, health promotion campaigns, and mental wellbeing programmes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of clinical governance and service quality. Work on site in Doxford a minimum of three days per week alongside up to two days per week working from home.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health
- Proven Occupational Health experience
- Experience working on case management
- Experience delivering occupational health assessments
- Experience delivering health surveillance
- Strong knowledge of occupational health legislation
- Strong knowledge of confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of professional standards
- Experience providing advice to managers on sickness absence
- Experience providing advice to managers on rehabilitation
- Experience providing advice to managers on return-to-work cases
- Ability to work on site in #Doxford a minimum of three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- at least three years post-qualification experience
