Job Summary

Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes for patients with upper extremity conditions, including tendon injuries, fractures, nerve damage, arthritis, and Dupuytren's contracture. Develop attainable treatment goals in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Manage post-operative rehabilitation, custom orthotic fabrication, joint mobilization, manual therapy, edema management, therapeutic modalities, taping, wound care, and range-of-motion strengthening programs. Requires minimum two years of experience treating hand and upper extremity conditions, Washington state Occupational Therapy licensure, and a Baccalaureate, Master's, or certificate degree. Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification required by hire date.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington
  • Baccalaureate, Master's Degree, or certificate in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
  • Knowledge and training in the special needs of patients from young adult to geriatric ages
