Occupation Therapist PRN

Occupational Therapist OT needed PRN/Per Diem to plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in a facility in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Responsibilities include screening residents, evaluating and developing treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, communicating findings to residents and families, establishing individual resident therapy schedules, delivering therapy per plan with accurate documentation and billing, supervising COTA as needed, and ensuring clinical excellence and proper reimbursement practices. Requires degree in Occupational Therapy and active Wisconsin OT license; ongoing professional development is expected.
