Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of healthcare-related and supportive housing, ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other program rules. Process applications and recertifications, calculate rent, and maintain accurate resident files while coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Address resident concerns, oversee vendors, and support inspections to promote housing stability, dignity, and community. Partner with service teams within a mission-driven, faith-inspired environment to support safe, affordable housing for vulnerable residents.
Required Qualifications
