Job Summary
Provide occupancy and compliance support across multiple properties within an assigned region, traveling between communities to assist with staffing support, lease-ups, recertifications, and applicant processing. Process affordable housing applications, review income and asset documentation, prepare LIHTC certifications, and maintain waitlists while ensuring adherence to LIHTC, HUD, HOME, PBV, and Section 8 requirements. Assist site teams during high application volumes, audits, and operational needs, and generate occupancy reports using property management software. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across a territory north of Boston.
