Occupancy Planning Manager

Job Summary
Lead the collection and analysis of business, occupancy, and space data to prepare recommendations and presentations for client move requests. Develop 3-5 years city and country-level supply and demand forecasts while managing tactical occupancy planning, including space solutions, block and stack plans, and reorganization tracking. Collaborate with facilities management and the MAC team to facilitate approved occupancy plans and maintain accurate reporting using IWMS tools. Identify proactive needs, troubleshoot deficiencies, and implement best practices for campus and building forecasts. Serve as the main content point of contact for all country PAs, Groups, and Teams, developing site stacking plan options and managing RRU updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field
- Min. 8 years work experience in project, facilities and occupancy management
- Prior experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level
- Experience with office interior renovations
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge on AutoCAD
- Knowledge on CAFM systems
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills and GSuite - confident with all packages, particularly PowerPoint & Excel / Slides, Trix & Docs
- Excellent organizational skills - able to balance daily demands with driving projects that support growth
- Excellent attention to detail when maintaining documents and dealing with data
- Team player and work as ONE TEAM
- Experience handling multiple demands and an understanding of financials
