Job Summary
Occupancy Planner responsible for developing occupancy plans and sequencing group or individual moves for a client portfolio in India. Role emphasizes data-driven decision making, CAFM/IWMS data governance, and governance of data accuracy across drawings and space records. You will manage space data analytics, generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on vacancy, utilization, density and other space metrics, and present meaningful insights to executive stakeholders. Core skills include advanced Excel, AutoCAD proficiency, CAFM/IWMS experience, data visualization in dashboards and PowerPoint presentations, and strong client/stakeholder management. Location: Hyderabad, India. The role requires leading planning strategies aligned with corporate space policies, collaborating with global space operators, and ensuring CAD plans in India are up to date. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years of relevant experience are preferred and highly desirable for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment (required for senior-level impact)
- Experience with CAFM/IWMS software (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and strong data analytics capabilities
- Ability to present and articulate insights from data to executives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of occupancy utilization, office design principles, and trends (mobile/collaborative workplace)
- Experience with space/occupancy planning at a strategic level and interior office renovations (highly desirable)
- Ability to lead through influence and work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required per job description)
- Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS data governance and data integrity practices
