Occupancy Planner

Track, analyze and update space data; develop scenario and occupancy plans for client's portfolio; foster critical relationships between stakeholders; monthly reporting, data audits, and tracking utilization trends; gather space and adjacency requirements, update space layouts, and develop space planning and block diagrams; manage spaces and assist clients with migrations, moves and related planning; knowledge of occupancy utilization and office design principles and trends such as mobile or collaborative workplaces; experience in occupancy or space planning in corporate settings; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
