Occupancy Data Evaluator responsible for residential occupancy verifications in Wyoming County, NY (including Attica) as a field inspector. Perform brief exterior visits to confirm property status and general conditions, capture 9+ photos, and submit reports via mobile apps. Manage routing, schedule, and territory autonomously; expect 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection, with varying monthly volume by county. Must drive extensively through a rural territory with long drives between stops; require a fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads. Independent contractor arrangement (1099) with per-inspection pay and potential $25–$35/hour equivalent earnings.
