Job Summary

Schedule and conduct interviews of potential applicants, review applications and income eligibility, and analyze background checks. Consistently and accurately update all records, including HUD 50059/LIHTC applications, and ensure timely and proper applicant information is stored. Send appointment letters, pre-qualified application memos, and appropriate correspondence to applicants and Site Managers. Prepare files for move-in and waiting list placement letters while demonstrating effective communication to update vacancy reports accurately. Maintain compliance with LIHTC program requirements for affordable and public housing properties.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or Equivalent vocational/technical training
  • At least two years of administrative experience
  • Experience in affordable and/or public housing, specifically maintaining compliance of LIHTC program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • internet usage
  • COVID Vaccination Policy
  • fully vaccinated
  • show proof of vaccination by showing their physical vaccination card or using the Excelsior Pass or other government-sanctioned vaccine app
