Occup Therapist Seasonal PRN

Interpret practitioner referrals and conduct initial occupational therapy assessments to identify precautions, special problems, and contraindications. Develop treatment plans with long and short-term goals, then implement or direct the implementation of these programs while delegating tasks to support staff. Reassess patients against established goals and modify plans as necessary, ensuring accurate, timely documentation and billing throughout the process. Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to maximize patient independence and functional outcomes. Requires Florida Occupational Therapist licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
