Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for medically complex children in Cottage Grove, MN, with overnight PRN shifts (every other Wednesday and Friday, 12-hour shifts). Training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care offered; no prior pediatric home care experience required. RN or LPN license required; base hourly ranges for LPN $25-$31 and RN $35-$41, with sign-on bonus for full-time nights and night/weekend bonus structure.
