OCC Monitoring Analyst

OCC Monitoring Specialist to join Nuvei's OCC Monitoring team. Responsible for monitoring the company's infrastructure, applications, and business aspects in a 24/7 environment from the office, with shifts including nights. Responsibilities include responding to events in real-time, monitoring production environments and data analysis, tracking events until resolution, and coordinating with relevant parties. Required or preferred skills include knowledge of IP protocols, programming and SQL as advantages, strong self-learning ability, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word/Office 365, and fluent English.
