OCC Admission Associate - Hourly

Manage leads through follow-up calls, emails, mailings, and texting to maximize enrollment value. Arrange campus visits, conduct tours, and act as the initial liaison between students and departments including Financial Aid and Academic Advisors. Conduct student interviews, administer entrance and placement testing, and advise on academic requirements. Develop leads via referrals and community outreach while representing the institution to inquirers. Complete enrollment files with documentation and pre-enrollment conferences. Compiles weekly performance-based sales reports. This role supports student enrollment at the South Houston Campus, requiring prior admissions or inside sales experience and a high-energy attitude.
