Job Summary
Patrol OC lands, residential, commercial, and industrial properties to verify user authorization and ensure safety, regulatory, and corporate guidelines are followed. Monitor facilities for trespass violations, abandoned property, pollution, damage, vandalism, and other issues requiring management attention. Assist the leasing department with lease compliance monitoring and coordinate with maintenance for signage installation on roads and trails. Utilize drones and cameras for surveillance, clean debris and garbage, and maintain written daily patrol logs and reports. Work cooperatively with the City of Unalaska's Department of Public Safety and other entities, communicating safety issues for proactive planning. Perform duties in varied weather conditions, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, while operating vehicles safely and lifting up to 50 pounds. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold corporate confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles using proper safety standards and precautions
- Skilled driving ability
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds and carry up to thirty (30) pounds occasionally
- Must have or have the ability to obtain and retain a valid Driver's License before starting work
- Possess and maintain a good driving record free of any DUI or other major driving convictions
- Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Ounalashka Corporation land holdings and tenant's is desirable
