Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Responsibilities include advocating for individuals, assisting with personal hygiene, dining, and daily living skills, and ensuring community integration. You will work collaboratively to implement care plans, record activities, and may administer medication. This role requires physical capability to assist bedridden individuals and to ensure their health and safety in emergency situations. The position demands a high school diploma or equivalency, or a DSP certificate.
