Job Summary
Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, conduct assessments, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective service delivery while providing training to caregivers and facilitating parent/guardian collaboration. Offer in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed to support center-based clients. Practice excellent time management of service deliverables within a collaborative team environment. Monday-Friday schedule with competitive compensation, merit raises, and professional development allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
- Experience in managing/supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
