Job Summary
Obstetrics Hospitalist physician needed for locum tenens coverage with 24-hour call in an inpatient/outpatient setting. Case mix includes cesarean deliveries, D&C, diagnostic and operative laparoscopy, and urgent/emergent gynecologic cases. Credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days. Requires board certification, BLS, and an active North Carolina license; Epic EMR experience is used for charting. AMN Healthcare provides malpractice coverage and coordinates travel, lodging, and transportation for contractor providers.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Active North Carolina medical license
- Epic EMR experience (EMR: Epic)
