Job Summary
Inpatient Obstetrics Hospitalist/Laborist physician at St. Joseph Hospital (Orange, CA) joining the Obstetrics and Gynecology team. Responsibilities include evaluating obstetric and gynecologic patients in triage on Labor and Delivery or the ED, admitting patients as needed, managing and delivering obstetrical patients, rounding on hospitalized antepartum and postpartum patients, and performing C-sections and other surgeries. Full-time position with minimum 7 (24-hour) shifts per month; DaVinci Robot available; Epic EHR; PSLF eligibility; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Board-certified or board-eligible in OB-GYN; MD/DO required; experience preferred (2+ years) though new graduates considered. Location: Orange, California within Providence-affiliated Saint Joseph Heritage Medical Group; in-person inpatient role with productive schedule and opportunities for CME and additional physician incentives.
