Job Summary
Provide overnight labor and delivery coverage, evaluate and manage obstetric triage patients, and perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries as clinically indicated. Manage OB emergencies and urgent gynecologic consultations while collaborating closely with daytime OB/GYN physicians to ensure smooth patient handoffs. Participate in quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives within a patient-centered, team-based care model. This newly created role focuses exclusively on inpatient obstetrical and gynecologic care during overnight hours to support a thriving Women's Health team and reduce provider call burden. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
