Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician needed to join a 7-physician OBGYN group with laborist support at a 430-bed hospital between Phoenix and San Diego. Guaranteed year-one compensation of $482,000 with 1:6 call and 35 vacation days. Includes a $100,000 sign-on and relocation stipend (50% at contract, 50% 60 days pre-start). Practice at Arizona's AIMIS Center of Excellence for minimally invasive gynecology. Benefits include PSLF eligibility, state loan programs, and J1 or H1B visa support; start before fall 2026.
