Job Summary
Conduct obstetrics and gynecology services within a growing team of two physicians and three Certified Nurse Midwives at a Federally Qualified Health Center. Provide care inside UP Health System - Portage, a 36-bed hospital where the clinic leases space to deliver Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN services. The position requires a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN with no travel to other clinic locations. Compensation includes a $100K sign-on bonus, a $425K-$450K base salary, and RVU productivity.
