Job Summary
Provide highest quality healthcare to female patients, monitoring their reproductive health, delivering babies, and managing chronic conditions. Monitor patients during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods while performing tests, prescribing medications, and treatments as necessary. Deliver outpatient and in-hospital medical care, ensuring health and safety of both infant and mother. Take responsibility for accurate charting and documentation, adhere to medical and administrative protocols, and consult Medical Director on patient management. Participate in developing clinic policies, staff meetings, and daily team huddles. Serve as preceptor for medical students and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant programs. Rotate between Health Clinics as needed. Work M-F, 8a-5p or 9a-6p with possible weekends and 5-6 days/month on-call.
