Job Summary
Join a physician-owned, physician-governed multi-specialty group seeking a seventh OB/GYN physician. The role offers a 50%-50% mix of OB and GYN with a regular Monday–Friday schedule and call coverage (1:7 on county call, 1:10). The selected physician will work at one clinical site and one hospital with a Level 2 NICU in the same building, located near Seattle in Silverdale, WA. Includes a 2-year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential, plus signing and relocation bonuses. The opportunity is fully employed with total compensation aligned to local market data, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA/HRA options, 401(k) with profit sharing, and life/ LTD insurance. The practice is physician-owned and physician-governed, offering a collaborative environment and affiliation with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health’s network.
