Job Summary
Obstetrics & Gynecologist position at Intermountain Health/St. James Healthcare in Butte, MT. Full-time role with a schedule offering a two-week on/two-week off or a one-week on/one-week off model. Compensation of $366,000 per year plus a total package with production incentives, plus a $35,000 starting bonus and up to $100,000 in student loan repayment (PSLF eligible). Practice setting is a 98-bed Level III Trauma Center with Life Flight services and da Vinci robotics. Responsibilities include attending deliveries and performing emergency C-sections, with a manageable call schedule and team support. Travel stipend of $2,000 per month. Mentorship and collaborative group environment. Eligibility requires MD or DO, board eligibility/certification in OB/GYN, Montana license or ability to obtain, and successful credentialing. PSLF-eligible benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, PTO, license reimbursement, malpractice coverage, CME allowance/time, and loan repayment support.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ACGME accredited residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience preferred
