Job Summary
Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) needed in Lawrenceburg, TN for a part-time opportunity with Lifepoint Health. Join an established practice with a strong patient base, experienced staff, and a collaborative environment. Flexible scheduling includes 14 on/14 off with alternating OBGYN coverage; midwife and APP support with midwives taking first call. High delivery volume (~400 deliveries/year), new clinic space, laparoscopic cases, and a hospitalist program for GYN admissions. Compensation includes up to a $75K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, based on base salary with potential RVU production bonus, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and wellness incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD/DO) in obstetrics and gynecology
- Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
- Ability to perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures (including laparoscopic surgery)
- Flexible scheduling experience or capability to work 14 on/14 off
- Strong collaboration with midwives and APPs
- Experience with high-volume deliveries (approximately 400/year)
- Commitment to patient care and community health
