Job Summary
Full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician needed to join Hoag Health in Orange County, CA. Position involves clinic in Newport Beach with hospital coverage at Newport Beach and Irvine; schedule Monday–Friday with shared call (about 3 days per month); collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, medical assistants, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and OB hospitalists; practice includes comprehensive labor and delivery services with Level 3A NICU care and in-room amenities. Must have M.D. or D.O. degree, board certification/eligibility in Ob/Gyn, and California medical license (or ability to obtain). Epic EMR proficiency is preferred. 2-3 years of autonomous Ob/Gyn practice experience required. Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. Degree
- Graduate from an ACGME program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain California medical license
- EMR proficiency is Epic is preferred
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Hoag Hospital
- 2-3 years of experience working as an autonomous Ob/GYN Physician is required (minimum)
