Job Summary
Provide emergency OB care, unassigned patient support, OBED coverage, and transport management while delivering patients and rounding on inpatients. Collaborate with Critical Care and Emergency departments, utilizing first assist support and a reliable back-up call system alongside MFM and neonatology specialists. Work 24-hour shifts as PRN or part-time hospitalist, with PRN physicians averaging one shift monthly and part-time physicians averaging three shifts monthly. No clinic responsibilities are required.
Required Qualifications
- board-certified Obgyn physicians
- PRN physicians are required to work a minimum average of one shift per month and three shifts per quarter
- Part-time physicians are required to work a minimum average of three shifts per month and nine shifts per quarter
- 24-hour shifts
- focused on hospital-based care includes deliveries and rounding on inpatients
