Job Summary
Provide emergency OB care, unassigned patient support, OBED coverage, and transport management while focusing on hospital-based care including deliveries and rounding on inpatients. Collaborate with Critical Care and Emergency departments, supported by a reliable back-up call system and first assist availability. Work 24-hour shifts as PRN or part-time, maintaining a minimum average of one shift per month for PRN or three shifts per month for part-time physicians. No clinic responsibilities; coverage spans Medical City Alliance locations including Arlington, Dallas, Las Colinas, Lewisville, and Plano. Join a team delivering over 20,000 babies annually with strong collaboration among MFM and neonatology specialists.
Required Qualifications
- board-certified
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- PRN physicians are required to work a minimum average of one shift per month and three shifts per quarter
- Part-time physicians are required to work a minimum average of three shifts per month and nine shifts per quarter
