Job Summary
Ambulatory Obstetrics and Gynecology RN in outpatient setting providing primary nursing support across prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care. Partners with physicians and APPs to develop and evaluate evidence-based care plans, conducts thorough patient assessments, triages and educates patients, coordinates prenatal testing and referrals, and ensures timely, safe care across the care continuum. Focuses on patient safety, population health management, and coordination of care with multiple disciplines, including documentation in EMR (Epic) and HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- California licensed Registered Nurse
- Associate’s Degree – Nursing
- BLS
- minimum 3 years RN experience with at least 1 year OB/GYN experience
- experience with electronic medical record documentation (Epic)
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- critical thinking and patient-centric problem-solving skills
