Earn a salary between $439,175 and $541,575 inclusive of incentives, with potential premium earnings up to $111,228 based on location and FTE status. Transition to a Partner/Owner role after three consecutive years of full-time employment or six years of part-time employment, gaining voting rights and increased benefits.
