Job Summary
Conduct a mix of inpatient and outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care within a collaborative team of certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners. Utilize DaVinci robot-assisted surgery in the operating room while maintaining strong leadership support under Dr. Arreguin, who actively takes call across all three OB/GYN locations. Participate in a competitive RVU model with access to tenured nursing support, physician mentoring, and leadership training opportunities. The role offers a full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule with a focus on work-life balance for a board-certified or board-eligible physician joining Guthrie Medical Group's expanding practice in Cortland, New York.
