Job Summary
Observer position at Offutt Air Force Base responsible for entry control and continuous observation of construction workers and zones. Duties include monitoring pedestrians and vehicles, ensuring proper badge issuance and access control, maintaining accurate reports, understanding OPSEC and Privacy Act requirements, and coordinating with security to prevent unauthorized entry. Requires TS clearance, 2+ years in related security/construction roles, fluent English, and a valid driver’s license; physically active with the ability to perform field duties and respond to security incidents.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS Clearance
- At least 2 years’ experience in construction security surveillance, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, industrial or government security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, or hands-on supervisory construction experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
