Observation Unit RN - 24 hours day shift - WDH

Observation Unit RN provides bedside nursing care in the observation unit, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, recording patient information, and coordinating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Requires an RN with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred), BLS certification, and ability to maintain confidentiality and effective communication. Day shift on-site role at 789 Central Avenue with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available (current WDH RNs not eligible). Responsibilities include detailed charting, medication administration, triage of acute patients, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, individualized patient care. Skills emphasized include clinical nursing, patient assessment, documentation, and strong interpersonal communication.
