Job Summary
Monitor adult patients in a technologically progressive telemetry environment using continuous ECG monitoring to assess and support their care. Partner with the Virtual Care Center and hospitalists to provide precision-based nursing for short-stay and observation patients. Deliver hands-on care in a collaborative setting that blends technology, teamwork, and professional growth opportunities. This role offers new grad RN and LPN openings with up to $10,000 and $2,000 no-contract sign-on incentives, respectively. Shift differentials apply for nights and weekends, while a Stay Pay Program provides additional hourly compensation based on years of service.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
