Observation Partner - Nights

Observation Partners sit with and/or accompany patients continuously to assure safety and well-being of the patient. Responsibilities include assisting with ambulation (may require a gait belt), assisting with meals/feeding, and performing walking rounds to ensure patient safety. Requires commitment to a 48-hour per month schedule, with 12 hours on Saturday or Sunday. Documentation of basic patient observations and notifying the appropriate patient care provider when patient assistance is needed. On-site training and tuition reimbursement programs are available to support career growth.
