Observability Tools Administrator / Engineer

Job Summary
Day-to-day, you will: Keep observability and monitoring platforms running smoothly — including Coralogix, SolarWinds, Checkly, and Device42 — by carrying out regular health checks, investigating issues, and resolving problems. Deploy and configure monitoring and discovery for new systems, working with configuration files, integrations, and permissions across Windows Server and Linux environments. Troubleshoot alerts and platform issues using logs, system tools, and network checks, and work with specialist teams to find and fix the root cause. Support teams across the business by helping them onboard to monitoring tools, create useful dashboards and alerts, and maintain clear documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with observability or monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Coralogix, Datadog, Zabbix, or similar platforms (log management, infrastructure monitoring, or synthetic testing)
- Practical scripting experience using PowerShell or Bash to automate tasks and support troubleshooting, with working knowledge of Active Directory
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including identity and access management
- Exposure to configuration management databases (CMDBs) or environments with multiple system integrations
- Ability to troubleshoot alerts and platform issues using logs, system tools, and network checks; collaborate with specialist teams to root cause
