Job Summary
Design and deliver observability solutions using Splunk Observability Cloud for enterprise clients, partnering with stakeholders to assess maturity and define requirements. Implement tooling across cloud-native and hybrid environments while collaborating with SRE and DevOps teams to establish SLIs/SLOs and enable proactive incident response. Lead workshops and enablement sessions to upskill client teams, while developing internal accelerators and best practices. Act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles, translating technical insights into business value. This remote-first role offers exposure to enterprise-scale transformation projects, funded certifications, and a market-leading compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience of the Splunk ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience with Splunk Observability Cloud
- Solid understanding of observability pillars: logs, metrics, traces, and digital experience monitoring
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Previous consulting or professional services experience
Desired Qualifications
- Splunk Observability Certifications (e.g. Splunk O11y Certified Admin, Accredited Observability Consultant)
- Strong exposure to modern observability modules or other observability tools
- A willingness to certify if not already qualified
