Execute lease management including contracts, renewals, and terminations while planning budgets, controlling costs, and reporting to investors. Direct external service providers for facility management and maintenance, ensuring proper building operations and traffic safety. Lead renovation, modernization, and construction projects while optimizing object performance regarding costs, revenue, and asset preservation. Handle vacancy management and support leasing processes to maximize client returns. This role is part of the 10gate Group, managing over 1.5 billion euros in assets across five German locations. The position offers a fully flexible remote model with local presence in four top-tier sites, supported by modern digital tools and long-term career perspectives.
