Objektmanager (m/w/d) – Wien – Vollzeit

Manage a selected customer group and lead a team of approximately 50 security personnel, handling organizational, operational, and economic responsibilities. Conduct continuous service optimization, market observation, and new customer acquisition in close collaboration with your supervisor. Provide comprehensive customer consultation on security and service matters while overseeing disciplinary leadership, performance control, and shift planning for your staff. Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Requires a completed commercial vocational training, minimum two years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. Full-time position with an entry-level gross salary of 3,000 € per month plus performance bonuses.
