Job Summary
Manage lease and service contracts for Securitas-owned properties and client sites while overseeing maintenance coordination with real estate leadership. Conduct property analysis, forecasting, and reporting, maintaining object databases and driving sustainability initiatives. Execute procurement processes for service providers and organize office relocations across locations. Collaborate on health, safety, and fire protection compliance alongside safety specialists. Support special projects as needed. Requires three to five years of property management experience, a relevant vocational qualification, and full German proficiency. Full-time role in Düsseldorf with up to 50% remote work available.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d), Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Property Manager (m/w/d)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2/C1
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland (insbesondere in der jeweiligen Area)
- Mobiles arbeiten: bis zu 50% Remote
