Job Summary
Manage tenant and user support as the primary contact for assigned buildings. Oversee maintenance responsibilities for properties and conduct regular inspections of building systems. Perform minor repairs independently to ensure facility standards. Supervise third-party contractors during cleaning and renovation work. Handle administrative tasks using standard office software. Requires a trade qualification in plumbing, heating, or electrical work, plus C1 German proficiency. Full-time or part-time role with fair TV KFE tariff pay.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handwerksbereich – z. B. Sanitär, Heizung oder Elektro
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Strukturiert, zuverlässig, teamfähig und mit einem starken Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägtem Organisations- und Zeitmanagement
Desired Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Hausmeister oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Objektmanagement
- Gutes handwerkliches Geschick und ein solides technisches Grundverständnis
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und hohe Bereitschaft, für Mieter und Nutzer da zu sein
- Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse in Word, Excel und Outlook
