Job Summary
Lead technical and infrastructure teams in your assigned objects, including shift planning. Monitor all operational processes with quality assurance and ensure the economic viability of facility management contracts. Perform revenue and cost control while maintaining budget adherence and fulfilling existing contractual obligations. Coordinate and steer all service areas for FM clients, communicating regularly with clients and authorities. Requires a technical building services background, multiple years of experience, Class B license, and MS Office/CAFM skills. Full-time role in Karlsruhe with 30 days vacation, Christmas and New Year's off, plus tooling and modern workwear.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik (z.B. Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima- oder Elektrotechnik)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Führerschein Klasse B
- EDV-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Office)

- Erfahrung im Bereich Objektleitung
- EDV-Kenntnisse (insbesondere CAFM)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse gepaart mit Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
