Manage daily operations in assigned properties by assuming full operational responsibility and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Plan, coordinate, and monitor modernization and maintenance projects while overseeing external contractors through contracting, coordination, and quality control. Conduct object supervision including acceptance testing and documentation for both commercial and technical facility management tasks. Maintain structured, professional conduct in challenging situations with a strong focus on customer orientation. This role offers an unlimited contract with regulated hours, 30 days of vacation, and a five-day work week at EUBAG Operation GmbH.
