Job Summary
Conduct offer creation and collection, coordinate subcontractors for defect remediation, and manage interfaces between SF-Bau and Facility Management. Maintain the CAFM system, perform accounting controlling, and handle general correspondence and organizational tasks. Ensure optimal operation and value preservation of commercial properties through customer and subcontractor liaison.
