Job Summary
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to OBIEE reports, dashboards, RPD models, and data sources to ensure availability, performance, and reliability. Provide day-to-day support for analytics applications by investigating user-reported incidents and service requests. Assist in the design, development, and deployment of new reports and dashboards while modifying existing ones based on business requirements. Maintain and update the OBIEE repository to ensure data integrity, manage security roles and permissions, and perform performance tuning on queries and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with OBIEE 12c administration and development
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining OBIEE reports, dashboards, RPD models
- Knowledge of Star Schemas, Dimensional Hierarchies, Aggregations, Variables
- Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with performance tuning of OBIEE reports and queries
- Familiarity with OBIEE security and user management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with R12 Oracle Financials General Ledger and Accounts Receivable table structures
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or enterprise environments
