Job Summary
OB/GYN physician will provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care including clinic, surgery, deliveries, and manageable unrestricted call. Work with a team of professionals in a facility with Alta View Hospital’s on-site deliveries, Da Vinci Robotics, NICU, and LDRP unit. MFM & Neonatology consults available 24/7. Support includes starting bonus, relocation and student loan assistance, and a guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives. Requires board certification or eligibility, unrestricted Utah license, U.S. residency completion, BLS, and successful credentialing; strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- Completion of U.S. ACGME Residency
- BLS Provider Certification
- Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
